Terms

Human Nutrition is a premium service which offers affordable advice on food and nutrition suitable for human digestion under normal physiological conditions. As well, we work with clients on privately disclosed health challenges relating to the human digestive process.

Human Nutrition operates under the guidance of the National Code of Conduct for Health Care Workers (Queensland).

Client session recordings

All client information, including all communication, is kept secure and in isolation and is not shared with any third party without the expressed consent of the client.

Due to identification verification purposes, all client sessions must be conducted via a video communication medium which entails face-to-face consultations. The video method can be from a range of communication providers i.e. zoom, teams, google meet etc., and as a first preference a medium that allows for both audio and visual recording.

Why do we record?

Whilst not always necessary, the recording is only required for any future consultation a client may wish to have with Human Nutrition, and it is principally used for recall of previous information as divulged between participating parties. Please note that as stated, this may not always be necessary, and the client will always be advised if access to any recording data is utilised.  Unless legally required, session recordings remain the property of Human Nutrition and are not available for distribution upon general requests.

Cancellations

Please note that cancellations must be received by Human Nutrition outside of 24 hours from your allocated appointment time, for you to receive a full refund for that appointment. The reason for this is once an appointment has been confirmed, it becomes unavailable for another client that may have otherwise booked that same time allocation. On some occasions, your appointment may be rescheduled, please contact HN if you wish to reschedule your appointment. Any rescheduled appointment that is cancelled, regardless of any notification timeframe, will not be refunded. Human Nutrition thanks you for your understanding.
